DevourX machines are not sold or leased, each end user pays a processing
fee per tonne of material processed.
The processing fee is based on input volume, not output volume.
This is because many materials have a moisture content which is
substantially reduced when processed by the machine. The removal
of moisture during the process is as valuable to the user as the
fine grinding of the material itself, therefore the removal of moisture
incurs the same fee. For example, when processing 100 tonnes of
brown coal which has a moisture content of 50%, up to 40 tonnes
of water will be removed during the process.
The processing fee charged by DevourX is a percentage (generally
from 10% to 20%) of the identifiable saving generated from the use
of DevourX machines over current processing methods or conventional
machinery. As most markets for DevourX machinery already exist and
the cost of processing in each industry is a known factor, the saving
from the use of DevourX machines can be easily identified.
Revenue to DevourX increases with each new machine put into operation,
although operational expenses remain relatively constant.
It is intended that DevourX will enter into license agreements
which will allocate manufacturing, marketing and distribution rights
in various regions throughout the world. This will generate substantial
additional revenue for the Company.
Each regional representative of DevourX will be responsible for
the establishment of each facet of the business at its own cost
thereby generating license fees to DevourX without any financial
cost to DevourX. |
